MPAX is the future. The future where you can have eyes and hands anywhere in the world, where you can become anyone.

How it works

People from all over the world can register on MPAX platform, set up an account and start live streaming. We call such people Paxers.

Millions of others can join the platform to hire Paxers, assign tasks to them and join their live streams from anywhere in the world. These are Beholders.

Whenever the Paxer accepts a new assignment, they put on their glasses or any other wearable device and the Beholder starts seeing and hearing everything that is happening around them from a first person perspective. The Beholder can guide the Paxer by voice or text (automatically translated to the Paxers language) in real time.

Funds are automatically debited from the Beholder's account. Once the assignment has been completed, the platform will release the funds to the Paxer's account.

All payments are made using the MTP token (the internal currency of the platform).

For Paxer

Paxers can earn money by renting out their time and performing different tasks assigned by the Beholder while streaming it all live.

As soon as the Paxer has been chosen, they will receive a push notification about a new order. If the Paxer accepts the assignment, they can proceed with it.

There is no limit to how much Paxers can earn.

Each Paxer sets the price for their time or a specific task. They can set a fixed price for joining live streams, select a subscription plan or simply use donations instead.

A mobile and web platform featuring a personal dashboard where you can find Paxers anywhere in the world. The platform offers convenient sorting by:

All you need to do is choose a Paxer with the right skill set and ask them to do an assignment for you.

Examples

Find an apartment for rent and take a look around. Ask questions right there on the spot, check paperwork and make sure it is the right place for you, days before you fly to the destination yourself.

Find a perfect bouquet in a local florist shop, deliver it to someone special in any spot of the world, and see their reaction in real time.

Send a driver to pick a brand of beer that is sold only in a small bar across town, while another Paxer is picking up your friends from the airport. No need for silly name tags and signs anymore. Do all that while making barbecue in your backyard.

Get a courier in another city, control every step and see everything as it happens right here and now.

Buy your favorite coffee beans from a bazar in a small village in India, the one that you visited 10 years ago and never had a chance to go back and experience it again. Buy the beans and ship them directly to yourself and make sure that you'll get exactly what you wanted.

Tokenomics

MPAX currency - MTP token

Total issue: 1,000,000,000 MTP tokens

The issue is limited at the beginning of token emission. Additional release of tokens is not provided.

Once the MPAX platform is up and running we will introduce auto staking.

Each token that is stored in personal wallet on your platform will receive monthly calculated rewards in MTP tokens that will come from tokens share of platform’s commission.

The more transaction we will have on the platform the high will be APR* on staking.

DAO

Through MPT, MPAX will gradually evolve into a community-owned Decentralized Organization.

As MTP gets distributed to Paxers and Beholders, MPAX team's ownership concentration will become lower over time.

The MPAX team will be able to vote with locked reward allocations. This will prevent hostile third parties from disrupting the ecosystem during the earliest and most crucial stages of development. We estimate that MPAX will no longer have the majority vote by December 2025.

The road to becoming a DAO

Version 0 - Mid 2022 / Token generation event

No voting possible

Version 1 - First half of 2023 / Staking dashboard released

MTP holders can stake their tokens via the staking dashboard and participate in governance voting brought forward by the MPAX team.

These votes will determine which teams should receive funding from the ecosystem fund and how the Community Treasury should be distributed.

Version 2 - Early 2024

Version 3 - December 2025 / Decentralized Organization

MTP holders determine which governance framework should be used and what issues require voting. Some decisions will not be up for debate, such as token supply that is locked in smart contracts.

Potential issues that may require voting:

Should MPAX Limited continue to pay the MPAX team to develop MPAX?
How should the Community Treasury be used to reward MTP holders and the broader MPAX community?
Should the Community Treasury funds be attached to any yield farming/staking services?
